We offer theft insurance included in all our Motto subscriptions to allow you to ride with peace of mind. Your bike is covered continuously. Regarding our Motto x EOVOLT subscription, you will need to subscribe to our Essential or All-Inclusive offer to be protected.

What happens in case of theft of my bike?

You can schedule repairs directly from your Motto application. Your repairs will take place at home or in the workshop depending on the service within 48 hours.

At Motto, you have a 30-day trial period after subscribing to a plan, allowing you to retract if you wish.

Following your subscription on our website, you will receive an email confirmation indicating the day and time of your appointment. The bike retrieval time is 48 hours. It is also possible to have the bike delivered to your home.

You can take advantage of this offer by submitting your monthly Motto invoice to your employer each month. You can receive a reimbursement of up to €66 per month.
