All our bikes are insured against theft and breakage. If the worst came to happen, we would replace your ebike within 48h.
If it takes longer than a full business day to make any repair – whether you have a flat tire or a broken brake light – we’ll simply replace your ebike to ensure nothing stop you from moving.
